Keynote Speaker

Dr. Xiaomin Ouyang, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

Xiaomin Ouyang is an Assistant Professor at HKUST and leads the Mobile, Intelligent, and Networked System (MINSys) Group. Her work focuses on empowering mobile and IoT devices with AI to create intelligent and practical real-world systems. She received ACM MobiSys Best Paper Award and ACM SIGBED China Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award, and was named one of EECS Rising Stars in 2023 and mHealth Scholars in 2024.
